Actually Edith Schiele died on October 28th and Egon Schiele passes away on October 31 1918.

Much better than Klimt, in my opinion; so much more raw and truthful, far less embellished. I love his work so much, and the story of his death (very young, within 24 hours of his pregnant wife; they both succumbed to the tragic influenza pandemic of 1917) is one of the most depressing in art history. And there are many! Thanks so much for posting.
