I agree with you mate, it was india who gave zero and the decimal system - there were no noble prices then, sophisticated technology uh?when usa denied india cryogenic technology india developed its own.based on which it has now sent the chandrayan. its all to do with money and resources and environment for research. this is india in just 60 odd yrs after independence from british and 1.5 milleniums of invasions.
