Yes, both were sacked - TNT stating that it operated a "zero accident tolerance level". There was no ILS glitch - AP was turned off by the PF (and commander) while attempting to answer an R/T call from ATC. He then attempted to re-engage AP instead of initiating a go-around. The PNF realised a go-around was in order, but didn't call it. He had previously called "500 feet" from the radio altimeter, not barometric, making them appear 50 feet higher than they actually were.

he didnt say front gear got torn off... he said the right gear was torn off. meaning the gear on the right wing. thats why there were sparks as it was taxiing

Hmm yes you have all the facts .... NOT! It was auto-landing in thick fog in visibility of about 200 meters, so yes is is quite hard to land on the touch down markings!
