Besides the fact that the guy and the video are really funny, I think the song's actually great. He's clearly wondering whether he should erase all those memorable moments with that "one" meaningful person ("Should I decide its true?") and get over her by getting into a new relationship. As he's repeating that it's not true, it becomes obvious that the denial reminds him even more about small things related to her ("In my mind with all the freckles on your face") and the regret increases.
