Start a game.. but there's a twist of course. Ocarina checks the GAME ID.. like RZDP01 for Zelda Twilight Princess (PAL). No, you need the disk in order to start the installer.

Illegal according to Nintendo, and they can ban you from using Wi-Fi if not using a friend match.
