No, the dialog is NOT ad-libbed. You can buy the scripts, and you will see, word-for-word except for little asides, that the actors followed the scripts.

Actually, it was probably scripted. Notice that Groucho says "can I look at a program?" This was probably a line they used in the play that they decided to transfer to the film.
