ok lets go back 1 billion years in the past.The sun is cooler and dimmer so the green zone is even closer than now, we have smaller earth maybe like mars (only maybe, I don't know your exact calculations :) so the small earth is in that green zone OK. the clock starts, and sun begins to grow, the green zone is shifting backward, and the growing earth is shifting away with her?!? ok before I continue I want to know is that what you are thinkig?

Did you cross los andes mountains? Dinosaurs have no chance at all... plus in Argentina, you have the la plata river, the widest estuary in the world and the iguazu falls, totally impossible to sort out... Then you have the Brazilian rainforest and the amazon river, the longest in the world... finally the Peruvian sechura desert... It is a geological trap, that is why the greatest dinosaur fossils can be found in argentina but not in the rest of south america.

ahaha, nealadamsdotcom, I know that my english is not perfect it's not my language, but we all have brains to think the language is not important :), and you just don't want to use yours. OverlordShamala, last time I write here about the gravity and the green zone, the response was: "yes but what if the sun i changeing his size too, so that evrything is in balance and harmony!!!" ahaha omg it's so fun here :D

Neal, that right, there is no such thing as a pure plasma, not all the atoms are ionized. Even the very best plasmas, are 60% plasma / 40 % normal gas. As a result, as you point out, there are lots of free electrons floating around that failed to ionize atoms. If you increase the pressure to the point where a plasma suddenly conducts seismic waves, you extinguish the plasma and create a liquid or solid (that can conduct seismic waves). Catch-22.

Diamonddave, oops, hit the wrong button. Contrary to Irv's statement, there are FAR MORE ELECTRONS than positive ions(nuclei) NOT EQUAL NUMBER, but Equal CHARGE. Early experimenters are often wrong about details. MASSIVE details. The Question is will a dense plasma act as a Liquid and carry a "P" wave? Not "Does a GAS..."

Nea; "I. Langmuir, 1928, Oscillations in ionized gases" Ionized gases. Plasma is an ionized gas. Plasma behaves acoustically as a gas, plasma cannot conduct seismic waves like a gas, thus the outer core cannot be plasma (or gas). What do Neon Signs contain?
