mostly parkour - he did a few flips here and there which werent nececessary - therefore not fully efficient and classed as freerunning. However the flip over the fence was actually nececessary, which ive never seen before. freerunning is pretty similar really, just parkour with added non-nececessary flips etc. ps. i used the word nececessary way too many times there!

That is true, but that wasn't my point, dude. I was trying to point out to him that if he was ever in danger he would NEED a hero, and he may not get one. I personally would would let anyone die, not even Michael Moore.
