here in p-town biking is awesome by american standards but copenhagen is definitely more friendly about it. By the way, thanks for not saying oregawn.

Wow! Que positivo que en una ciudad como COPENHAGEN (Dinamarca) se favorezca a traves de leyes la utilizacion de la bicicleta como medio de transporte.
Ademas, es beneficioso para el ser humano la bicicleta. Uno hace ejercicios fisicos. Uno puede mantener su cuerpo. Ademas es muy relajante para toda persona andar en bicicletas. Porque uno utiliza su propia energia (del cuerpo) para moverse. No asi como la gasolina.. un recurso agotable y que danha la tierra.

I think it also depends which part of the UK you live in. I'm a keen cyclist, but here in yorkshire it's very hilly, therefore ppl dont cycle! I have mates in lincolnshire which is 'flat', and cycling is very popular there, even with ppl in their 70s!

cause the food is so light it goes right through whereas in america it sits on your stomach and ofcourse 90% of the people eat fast food .. europeans also walk much more than they drive since many cities have narrow streets
