You guess wrong. He didn't inherit shit. He "bought the farm" and makes the mortgage payments by renting part of it to farmers. All his money is from fixing and selling stuff he picks from the garbage along with fixing cars, lawnmowers and crap like that. No boss, no Monday morning crap - "Not a bad life??"
