Demon King Piccolo is the best saga in my opinion. Dragonball is usually comedy series. But his storyline is the only SERIOUS arc in Dragonball compared to the other story arcs. I enjoyed that arc in japanese and english.

I like Mercenary tao because he kills with no sympathy what so ever. He killed General Blue (with his tongue) and Bora (upa's father). He was one of the most serious villains i have ever seen. He rocks.

I like Frieza, Perfect Cell, Mercenary Tao, and King Piccolo. Buu sucks. I like the Red Ribbon Army because they lasted 38 episodes in Dragonball. So far The red Ribbon army are the longest running villains in Dragonball (not dragonball Z). I liked Vegeta when he was evil.

Piccolo Daimao is awesome also because when he laughs, It's like he got kicked in the balls. Now that's epic.
