Starting Oct. 1, certain foods will have to wear country-of-origin labels, which begs the question: Do people care where their food comes from? WSJ's Matt Rivera reports. (Sept. 23)

I appreciate this country of origin labels. I would like to see: Where it is manufactured or produced? Where it was packaged or repacked? Where it had any alterations made on the product?
