@JackSpader They tried doing a pilot of a Jumble game show in the 80's that was more like that (with contestant/celebrity teams, etc)

@smashwhammy Yep, pretty much...I think Boggle's got the better set & format, though. You might want to pass up Shuffle then.

THIS IS JUST A RENAMED BOGGLE

The budget of these three inreractive game shows definately is obvious. They use the same theme song and have Wink as the host, which is okay I gues you have to do this to save money on cable. Also, I guess thee benefit to paying $4.98 a call is that you will at least get to play... i think. Anywa, this is proably the most clever of the three games. Boggle was straightforward, Shuffle was bland as The Last Word and Jumble has a respectable two way format.

I may be wrong but I read somewhere that Trivial Pursuit, Boggle, Shuffle, and Jumble were all planned originals for Wink's The Game Channel which was supposed to be GSN before GSN was ever planned!

At 2:56, a ding sound when punched in the correct answer came from Round 3 of Trivial Pursuit, where there's one minute remaining in Round 3.

Jeanne was terrible, and Wink let her know it.

I guess that Jumble puzzle would best describe Jeanne here...

Heh...I guess they just give contestants the benefit of the doubt then.Though if someone seriously thought the guy's name was Bae Lincoln, I'd wonder how they passed the audition in the first place! XD |
