That is part of the brain malfunctions that these little ones have. Being breed this small was not meant to be. It is a sad side effect of people breeding for money and size instead of what is better for the breed. FYI: There is no such thing as a teacup yorkie or any such thing. AKC states that yorkies are between 4 and 7 lbs.
