I got it. Her name is Shilpa, and like this singer Devangi Ayengar, Shilpa is also a lead singer.

WONDERFUUUUUUUUUUUUUL. So far I've seen Devangi, Nisha and Achalbhai on the Achal Mehta u-tube uploads. But, I am sure there are so many programs from all these years. Achalbhai, can you upload some more of your priceless craetions ? I will always appreciate looking at these and more in future. Behind the lead singer in this garba, there is a young lady dressed in red sari , is also a very artistic singer in Achal Mehta Rishabh group. I have seen her presentation. She has very acoustic vocals, combine that with her beautifully choreographed presentation is awesome. The man who married her must be a lucky guy!!!!!!
