Kim should be given Richard Dawkins' The God Delusion, that would definitely make an impact on Kim, and get him to try to reason with two opposites, however I have no doubt that he would go the logical way (The God Delusion), and not the fictional way (Bible).

He's not a genius. He can simply remember everything, but he can't learn from the things he reads. If he could, he could solve things and generate answers from the things he reads. He could tell us answers that we aren't able to solve. He could give us an answer for cancer, etc. However, he can't, he's just an encyclopedia of knowledge.
