THey have been in bed before. When they sued the State of CAlfornia and CARB regarding ZEV. If they want to merge let them, but let them pay their own bills, it should not be corporate welfare. Both of these compnies chose their own business models and fought the future, unlike the Japanese automakers who embraced it.
