uhm, you obviously dont understand how deeply philosophical thomas the tank engine is. Starlight Express does for Thomas the Tank Engine what the DaVinci Code did for the Bible.

Dont kid yourself. Starlight Express is one of the best and most popular musicals ever. Its not about thomas the tank! Theres quite a deeply moraled storyline in this, and I just dont thin you appreciate it fully.

This is the Broadway prodution. I saw it in Nov 1988 it was amazing I sat in the orchestra it didnt last long only 18 months i think.

well, in Germany this is the most popular one. While Cats and Phantom are gone for years, this is on stage for almost 20 years.
