i just hate how everyone assumes g'burg is just a bunch of hicks and tourists
i have no hint of a southern accent and i listen to punk rock geez and yes i was born here
btw nobody seems that way here just on other vids

I hear ya man i was born in sevierville down in the valley even though its like 15 miles away its just a polar opposite from gatlinburg i love the burg though

I love Gatlinberg but I have to agree that it is a bit too touristy in some areas of downtown. I focused more on the arts and crafts section and the beauty of the surrounding mountains tho. It is a great place..

Then you know it's a tourist trap just like it's been for decades. I just made the comment due to my perception of it. Didn't want a federal case made out of it. Each to his own opinion. I like the chalets and the park, just don't care much for the Ripley's and the fudge factories, etc., etc.

Hey asshole, I've lived in East Tennessee about 30 minutes from the Smokies all my life and I have a pretty good grip on knowing whether G'Burg is tacky or not! You apparently have never been there or you're a G'Burg resident that moved here from "up North" and you can't see past your ass. Get a life! |
