Nice, I do think it would be done better as a duet with Carl or Two Tone. Take listen to Live at Luther College by Dave Matthews/Tim Reynolds. Jim James & one other band mate would send it over the edge.

I truly believe that Jim James is the most talented musician of the 21st century. It's an absolute mystery why this man is not a household name. He is simply on another plain.

I strongly support your view. Evil Urges is a mesmerzing album. Z was their magnum opus, but just like Radiohead post-Ok Computer efforts, My Morning Jacket are brave enough to reach new ground; and on Evil Urges they did a fantastic work.

if you listen carefully you can hear a huge allman brothers influence in a lot of their sound...which is fuckin cool.
