a hood latch would be a bonnet catch you hillbilly. a trunk is what and elephant has. i drive on the left and side of the road and shift with the left hand, unlike you hillbilly fools who cant even drive a manual gearbox.

Dang that car needs hood pins on the trunk or bonnet or boot or whatever you guys call it. Good driving keeping it straight when the rear walked all over like that.

It's not called a "boot", it is a "trunk"! And it is secured by a "latch", not a "catch"; you know, as in the item called a "hood latch". You people speak like you are from a different hemisphere or something.
If y'all keep talking so crazy, you're liable to wind up driving on the left side of the road and shifting with the right (incorrect) hand!

listen to that shifting

chassis twisted so much off the line the catch popped.

i think he just meant the suspension set up, which is obviously not great for launches in this video
szester (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
it just....doesnt SEEM like that car should go that fast.

153 MPH in 8 3/4 seconds - running on 1200cc's - yeah, the car is too weak!
I admire you Aussies for drag racing on two combustion chambers and drinking beer out of 25oz cans, but don't get too full of yourselves. |
