i work at a costco wholesale that is the second busiest in the nation. the biggest IDIOTS shop there. all that you have mentioned has happened to me. aaaaaahhh!!!! . . . aahhh!!!!!! they get surprised when their renewal membership pops on the screen and they have no money to pay for it. and they get mad as if it were my fault. idiots. keep up with your own records you jackasses!

I totally agree with this video, even tho I don't work at a book store, lol. But I totally see where ur coming from. I work at a grocery store and it is SO annoying when people talk on their phones as they are checking out.

Hey! I get the same people in my taxi! Half the time I think they're talking to me but they are on the phone. Great tips!
