1ts of all, who said that life can only be water-based? it is very narrow-minded to think that life forms can only come as we know them on earth. 2nd, if the 10th planet is not a planet at all but rather a brown dwarf then it's surface is of a constant temperature and it does not matter how far/close it is from sun.
