That "erased" woman cursed Slovenia and its institutions, showing little respect for the country she wants to be a part of. She is foreign-born, apparently of non-Slovenian parents. If you want to become a citizen of a country, you should not be downright hostile toward that country. Citizenship is much more than a work permit or a permanent right to reside. It means belonging to a certain society, living both its faults and merits, and contributing to its prosperity.

Just one correction! Not all "erased" people are intitled to became citizens. Some of them have fought against our indipandance and didn't wanted to became citizens. Some of them were also in the ex yugoslavian army, which attacked Slovenija. They want to give them citizenship but each case must be reveud individualy.

Slovenia is a tiny country with about 2 million people. It's only natural that immigrants living in Slovenia or any other country for that matter should adapt the local customs if they intend to make it their homeland. Does every country in Europe need to have a mosque? What positive thing have Muslims done for Slovenia or any other European country?

A shame that these issues are so close to the surface in many European countries despite the horrors that ethnic descrimination visited on all of Europe during WWII. I dated a Romanian woman who was not shy at all about expressing her biases for Jews, Roma who are just as Romanian as she is when I visited the country last November. Wake up my brothers and sisters, what makes is the same far outweigh what makes us different!
