True. Regardless of electric instruments (and I do understand that this is changing the subject), the introduction of recording multiple tracks and being able to loop took a huge hit against true talent. Now anyone, no skill needed, can become a musician like that! It takes a ton of fun and soul out of it.

Dylan is using a unique and creative phrasing really delivering the feelin' of a song! Yes there are thousands of singers who can sing "commersial" with the high ranges of theire voices and long "perfect" notes.. But none of them can catch a feelin'. none of them can use theire own phrasing!
