This vid is about freedom of looking like a whore while playing music. The music, and the dancing are outlawed by the penis and still they are doing it, enjoying it, despite the oppression. Consider it like some of the european countries and others who would ban enjoyable things because it leads to free-fucking, slightly uncontrollable people ~shrugs~ It all depends on your personal perception of the penis, i suppose.
