His show was hot. He had some young females doing all the routines except the one where the ladies were upside down. He also performed a new song from his album and he didn't lose breath or break a sweat. The only thing I felt was that he shouldn't have cut U Can't Touch This. Other than that his show was hot.

You actually saw him perform live last year? It is great to know he is still out there doing his thing! How was the show? tell me all about it! I watch this video over and over because the dancing is just almost too much to handle lol! I imagine he must have put these steps together only Hammer can move like that!

Thanks for the compliments. I do appreciate it and I'm grateful to see that there are lots of people who like Hammer. Though I'm from New York, I loved his music and enjoyed seeing him perform live last year for the first time. I just can't beleive how many people were hating on him because being the so-called rapper. He had his own style and I loved how he was able to showcase his talents.

I hope you understand how much I appreciate all of the great points you make about Hammer as a performer and just as a human being I think he is probably one of the best around. I thought Funky head hunter was his best album it has so many great beats, I wish there were videos to songs on that album. But you make my day thanks for the messages and the knowledge. I cannot think of any artist past or present that gave so many great things to others as he has.

Thank you. I have an interview with he did on Arsenio Hall in 1990, and when Arsenio asked him about his song Soft & Wet, Hammer said I'm a real person and that's how I like them. Plus alot of women had huge crushes on him because of his looks, music and dance steps. I also applaude him for giving people opportunites to perform and travel around the world, that they hadn't gotten, so they need to be greatful to Hammer for the opportunity to see life beyond the hood.

I remember my sister saying when she went to a show Hammer did and how he really gave you your moneys worth! Some may have thought it to be too expensive but I remember when I went to see James brown for the first time the man gave you a show!! In Hip-Hop My favorite is Rakim H again gave you what you paid for! I am sure you understad what I mean.

It is so interesting that I was thinking exactly what you are saying I just don't know many folks who tried to help as many people as he tried to help. Also what you said about the messages he tried to promote ,again you hit it right on the head. It is so good to know someone else feels the same way. |
