I think he was a little creeped out that the town was so quiet and then suddenly a truck with a whole bunch of manequins just appeared in front of him without morning and really surprised him completely freaking him out.

I know they called it dust but I wonder if they mistranslated because it was just like Mold (and exactly the same way they showed mold in Ranma 1/2).

It was actually mold because its green. In Ranma 1/2 they animated it the same way.
That was absolutely DISGUSTING! I'm a messy guy to but that's just going over the line. After a while I even tidy up after myself.

Gah, considering he ran off with laxatives, at first i thought the dust was somehow related...just discolored.
Thanks for posting this movie! I loved it when I saw it on SciFi years ago, but it's nice to hear the Japanese.
