Years of skating, Muay Thai, and BJJ, I had some ligament and cartilage damage, so they went in and cleaned it all up, no weight bearing for 2 months, then a few months of PT, then I'll back in the gym!

I stopped taking jj because I had reconstructive surgery on my left ankle, then in a few months, after rehab, I get to have it done on my right!!! And to all saying one form is better or not: No one style is better than the next, they are just different. They all have their strong areas and weak areas.
