no, bill is too damn clever for anybody's good. he let this Frank set himself up with his speach impediment. then he just talks over the guy... what voice do you think the people are listening to, or even able to understand?! if you are ever interviewed by bill make sure you can talk over him and keep your answers as short and hurtful as possible...
