I agree with the prior comment, Byron Katie's voice is kind and soothing and makes you want to curl up on the couch and listen to her speak some more!!! Nice way to intro people to Katie!!!

Dear friends, Before study and practise zen, I saw mountains as mountains, and waters as waters. When I arrived at a more intimate knowledge, I came to the point where I saw that mountains are not mountains, and waters are not waters. But now that I have got its very substance I am at rest. For it's just that I see mountains once again as mountains, and waters once again as waters. Can anybody explain above statements? If cannot explained, you still not enlightened.

how our thougths determine what is stressful or depressing come out of our experiences in young childhood..watching our parents and other people we look to to define our sense of reality for us. childhood is ..... truly a defining expereince!

I am totally hypnotised by this woman. I feel the good of what she says until my bones. Other way I am sometimes feeling disagreement when she interrupts people. 'Cause I hate me being interrupted. I've done the Work about it :it still is, I think I need to go deeper on this. Big kisses to all of you !!!
