This was from the roof of my building (Hadley house). I'll go over the basics once again:
A: The road was pure ice about 2 inches thick at about a 15-20 degree downslope (it's SW salmon st @ 20th)
B: There were people a the top of the hill and all major intersections (myslef included) that were trying to stop people. However, this is the base of the rich neighborhood in portland (west hills), and thought they were warned, most decided to go for it.

C:The gentleman in the volvo in the first crash was knocked unconcious after the first impact, causing him to floor it. He was out cold. Also, the woman yelling at the beginning did crash, just not as bad.
D: Some of the action after the video stops was the best. You may not be able to tell, but the fire truck is attempting to block the hill about 1/4 of the way down. After it parked, 2 cars went into the side of it, one completely stuck underneath. There were many more accidents.
